I had been wanting to make a desk for the past two years, and I had been struggling to find a desk that would give me a solid impression with wooden legs, one with a side chest of drawers, one with casters, etc., but I kept starting and stopping halfway through, then starting again, and was left feeling frustrated and lost.

 So I decided to forget everything and reorganize what I wanted to make. It was something simple, but actually very high quality, with thorough attention to detail in every single part. Just because a storage space is large doesn't mean it's convenient or well-organized. I wanted three small drawers where only my carefully selected favorite items were neatly stored.

 The product itself and the act of using it are simple and high quality. Now that the concept is solidified, it's time to head to the drawing board.

I finished drawing the blueprint in an hour and immediately started making it.

 The desk was completed a few days later, and I couldn't believe that I had been able to make it in just two years. The joy of realizing my growth helped to ease some of my anxiety about the next challenge.

Now, what should I make next? I'm grateful for those rare moments when I can feel excited like that.
