For the 20th anniversary of KOMA, the motto is "Here's to the crew!", with the meaning of "Let's all work hard together and toast to the fun results with some delicious sake!" Matsuoka's handwritten words are printed on the uniforms to encourage everyone to come together as one. The uniforms are thick and durable, as they are worn by craftsmen while they work.

The neckline is double-needle stitched for a sturdy, durable finish that is also durable through washing.
