For example, I thought it would be interesting to have a portable bookshelf that you could carry around the house, or even take to the park, and have it sitting on the grass, so I created the "Book House."

It has a handle and is wrapped in paper cord for easy portability.

In addition, the bookcase is designed to be locked with an elastic cord to prevent it from falling out when you are carrying it around.

Not only is it great for storage, but you can also rest a book you're reading on the roof. It's truly a "house for books."

This is a work that is full of attention to detail!

[Precautions for use]
-This product has an oil and wax finish.
Placing wet items on the surface will ruin the feel and may cause stains, deformation, or cracks.

[About maintenance]
- If dirt or dust adheres to the product, wipe it off quickly with a dry cloth or a tightly wrung-out cloth.
- If used for a long time, the surface may dry out and lose its luster.
If you apply wax to it about once every six months, just like you would to any other piece of furniture, the wood's texture will improve with use, and you can enjoy the changes that occur over time.

*Wax can be purchased from our online shop or in-store, but please read the precautions carefully before use. Always soak cloths, sponges, etc. that have wax on them thoroughly in water before disposing of them (if left as is, there is a risk of spontaneous combustion).

・Small scratches, dents, ring marks, etc. may be able to be restored using sandpaper or an iron. If you start to notice any issues with the appearance, please feel free to contact us. We also regularly hold free maintenance workshops at KOMAshop (announced on social media).
