This is a pretend play set I made when my eldest daughter, who turns 20 this year, was born. It was my first year as an apprentice and I was barely earning a salary, but the birth of my first daughter at that time made me realize the banality of getting excited or upset over something as small as myself, and the value of being able to take responsibility for others. I felt like I had made up my mind to train properly, and through my work I began to feel that I wanted to be of service to my colleagues, family, and even more so to society. Something definitely changed inside me, and I was able to gradually create better things, which has led to where I am today. Since then, my four children have continued to use it for the past 20 years: my eldest son, my second daughter, and my second son who is still only four years old. It seems that some of the plates and other items have gone missing, but I'm happy that they are still being used in our home.
