He is quick and efficient in everything he does, which is a real help to me, who is impatient, and he is my top disciple in the chair department.
It has been five years since she joined KOMA as a grocery store worker, cleaning staff, and light chores.
At the time, I was a lukewarm amateur girl with no expectations, so we never even made eye contact, let alone had a conversation.
After about a year and a half, the chair finishing department, which uses blades, began to stand out little by little.
There must have been some hard work behind the scenes, but he definitely had a good feel for using a blade.
I think this is something that some people will never be able to do, no matter how much they practice.
Of course, it's technically difficult, but the correct answer for the final shape that is carved out exists only in my head and hands, and it's difficult to understand that in the first place.
So training an assistant is a difficult field in itself, and I had limited production capacity on my own, so I couldn't get involved in making our own standard products, but it was largely thanks to her growth that we were able to do so.
While focusing on functionality such as the comfort that can only be achieved through handmade products, the company produces a large number of standard products, keeping costs down and bringing them to market.
It can be said that she was the key person who realised KOMA's current style of "incorporating the quality of one-of-a-kind works into finished products".
Now, in addition to his craftsmanship, he also takes on the role of manager, managing product inventory, delivery dates, technical training for the young employees, attendance, salaries, and my schedule, among other things.
Three or four years ago, when many of the younger members were leaving one after another, she was the only one who stayed on and became one of the driving forces behind building the KOMA we have today.
He is a person who is full of determination and guts, and will do his best to do whatever is asked of him, without complaining.
He now participates in meetings that decide the company's direction, and is trying to play a leading role in conveying the shared vision to younger employees.
In this way, they do what needs to be done, get things done, and also give their opinions to the company.
Still, since she is directly under me, it is her role to be the one who gets scolded the most with harsh words.
This is probably the kind of person that every manager would dream of and think, "If we had a kid like this, the company would be better."
If it goes well, you make a profit, and if it goes wrong, you can just go back to normal and you have nothing to lose.
Age, gender, and years of experience don't matter.
KOMA's style is to take on new challenges and grow at a rapid pace, and she is the one who understands this and is at the forefront of trying to embody it.
I want to create a company where each individual's originality can shine, and she is the first step in making that ideal a reality, and I am extremely happy to have her in my life.
He is 25 years old and has only five years of experience.
She is a woman who is at a major disadvantage as a craftsman, whose work requires strength.
I always find myself cheering in my heart as I watch her work silently with an attitude that says, "So what? Why can I do it and you guys can't?"
Such a girl

We held the party celebrating 25th birthday of Takeuchi Mai-chan.
She is efficient and quick, thus, given my impatience, I truly rely on her and first disciple in chair department.
She joined KOMA 5 years ago as one of staff assigned for chores including shopping, cleaning, easy works.
She was a naive and lenient girl whom I did not expect, thus, I did not have an eye contact.
She has been standing out in finishing process of chair using blades.
She is excellent in her sense to use blades which may partially coming from her practices behind the scenes.
Some would take more than their lives to acquire this kind of sense.
On top of technique required, the final form would exit in my brain and hands, which is very difficult to understand.
So, this is very difficult area to train assistants, thus, we were not able to make our own mass-production items due to our production capacity when the finishing process must be done by myself. Her growth has contributed a lot for us to have mass-production items.
We are able to stick functions of our handmade products such as comfortableness to sit on, at the same time, sell them into the market with reducing costs through mass-production standard items.
She is key person for KOMA to establish its prevailing style, "Mass-production items with same quality of tailor made one-of-a-kind product."
Now, she deals with not only manufacturing processes, but other tasks including management of inventories, delivery dates, education of younger employees, management of attendances, salaries, a kind of manager role managing my schedule, etc.
She has stayed with KOMA even when we had series of designations of younger employees about 3 to 4 years ago, and she is one of driving forces to make the present KOMA.
She is a kind of lump of guts and will-power commits herself with her best without complaining whatever required.
She participates the meeting to decide the direction of the company try taking roles to lead younger employees and convey decisions to them.
She goes though the proper channels delivering what she is supposed to do, and then, she properly speak up to the company.
Given the direct reporting to me, she is reprimanded by me the with my strongest words.
She would be the kind of young employee for every single manager of the company think of "My company will be improved with this kind of young employee."
We have up-side without anything to lose through just return to the past.
It has nothing to do with age, gender, and working experiences.
KOMA promotes its style to try new challenges and to grow which she tries leading to embody with full understanding.
For me, who would like to make KOMA where the originality of every employee is best performed, she is the first person whose existence extremely pleases me.
She is 25 years old with 5 years working experiences.
Given power required, her gender is supposed to be a big disadvantage.
So, I always applaud her in my mind observing her working attitude "So what ? Why you as male cannot do what I as female can do ?"
She is covered by TV program "Rainbow color Jean"!!
