We, 25-years old, have learned about grim world.
One year later, we dissolved after huge fight calling an ambulance out.
I continued KOMA, while I was at the nadir of my life one year later.
I was not able to bring money to my family.
I was not able to afford to pay gasoline to commute to the factory.
I thought it was the end of KOMA.
One day in that period, a branch manager of a shinkin bank visited KOMA.
He is Mr. Kanai in Tama shinkin bank.
He was the youngest ever branch manager in 39 years old at that time.
He is handsome.
He is not hottie but handsome.
Why the branch manager visited KOMA?
"I have heard there exists an interesting person here, and, shall we talk ?", Kanai-san said to me.
We talked sitting on eighteen liter drums of coating materials.
He just listened to me about history and my goals over one hour.
"You are interesting person, Macchan, I would like to support you."
He took his phone and seemed to talk about me.
"Now, I have called to our headquarters and would like to introduce companies which are expected to match operations of your company, he told me with folding his cell phone.

"What Shinkin Banks are supposed to do would be just connecting person to person, haha"
He really introduced many companies.
I got many clients.
"Let's go out for lunch! You do not have good one I guess, right?"
Sometimes he picked me up by a car.
"Shall we eat something delicious!"
Many times we had drinks on him.
"Hi Machan! Get into this car! Let's go marketing with me!"

"You appear to be a thug, however, marketing with a branch manager of a shinkin bank would be persuasive, would not?"
He go with me for marketing saying above.
Thanks to him, many orders were brought.
However, due to shortage of money, I was not able to buy materials. I have fall behind the rent.
He lent JPY3,000,000 to second year private business right before it crashed.
Since then, KOMA have surfaced.
I cannot adequately appreciate Kanai-san and Tama Shinyou Kinko.
That's why KOMA has never transacted with financial institutions other than Tama Shinkin Bank.
When other banks make sales pitches, I have told the story above and then I have asked those bankers
"Are you really try to deal with clients who are cheating Tama Shinkin Bank after tremendous amounts of supports?"
Then, they have left me with a bitter smile.
"Macchan! You should win the top of the world."
He has inspired me whenever he has drunk.
"How about you, Kamai-san?" when I ask,
"I am suitable to conduct small community-based work. When appropriately perform given tasks suitable to the scale of individuals, one is neither above nor below others."
He is a really nice guy.
One day, I asked him about "How to train juniors?"
He replied "I repeat same things again and again."
"How to deal with juniors who do not understand what are repeatedly told ?"
He replied "I repeat same thing again, again, and again."
I have not been able to do such things myself.
Spending life nicely does not require anything special.
Things no other people do, one would be better to do, others cannot do.
Finding something above and just keep doing them.
All required would be just helping others even a little bit.
He is the man who educated me these kinds of things by showing his life.
It has been the past 10 years.
He has become the youngest ever executive this year who have a lots of fans in this area.
I would like to congratulate him.
I am very happy to hear good results of this kind of person.
