Shipping Policy for international orders

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. KOMA cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility. KOMA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been successfully delivered upon confirmation from associated shipping carrier.

We currently accept international orders to select countries. In addition to the delivery fee at checkout according to the shipping rates, the customer will be responsible for paying all duties and taxes to the carrier upon delivery.
