Young people's works

At KOMA, we continue to encourage our young members to "create their own work every month."

We believe that by having the company purchase the work and sell it to employees for an additional fee on top of their salary, this will be one way to develop sustainable human resources.

We aim to be a group of craftsmen where each individual has their own originality.
